EDGEMARC ENERGY HOLDINGS, LLC has developed a formal HSE Policy Statement that defines our mission statement, policy, core values, principles & beliefs.
Safety Programs & Safety Training
To ensure that all OSHA, API and NIOSH related standards are met and exceeded, EdgeMarc determined necessary Safety Programs and subsequent Safety Training to implement into our daily safety measures. These include but are not limited to:

- Hazard Communication (HazCom)
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

- Electrical Safety
- Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S)

At EdgeMarc, we understand the need for Personal Safety and recognize that there are risks in each operation we perform in the field. With this in mind, we have implemented a Process Safety focus in our company.
For example, we carefully dissect each operation of construction, drilling, completions, flowback and production, and then determine the potential risks that each task/job within that operation poses. As a team, we identify controls to eliminate and/or reduce the potential risks through elimination, engineering, administrative and/or protective equipment.
Stop Work Authority Policy
EDGEMARC ENERGY HOLDINGS, LLC has developed a formal STOP Work Authority Policy to allow employees and contractors the ability to stop work for any reason where they feel their safety, a fellow employees or contracted employee’s safety is compromised.
EDGEMARC ENERGY HOLDINGS, LLC is committed to ensure that all levels of employees are participating in the HSE Management System. To assist with everyone’s involvement, one of the initiatives that we have undertaken is a Behavior Based System that we call our SafeOBs/HazID Program.
The SafeOBs/HazID Program basically consists of a Work Observation Crad that allows each member of the company to utilize while in the office, field or anywhere in between where we are working to identify potential hazards or to identify POSITIVE safety efforts observed.
The SafeOBs/HazID Cards are provided to each employee and all employees are trained in “What is a Safe Observation?” and “What is a Hazard?” and this training is documented. Once trained, the employees are all given a set of cards and the cards are to be utilized as they see things that fit the need to be placed on the card.
The cards are submitted to the HSE Department and immediate feedback is given to the person filling out the cards as well as to the persons in the field relating to the observations noted.
All cards are tracked as well as all corrective actions and/or rewarded employees are kept within a Corrective Actions/Safe Observation spreadsheet.
